Camp Iwannagowild!
We are once again hosting the
Molalla Community School event called "Camp Iwannagowild!".
This is a week-long nature camp for children. For details, call

Blues of a Feather
Elk farm tours will end at 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 1 for our annual event we call "Blues of a Feather".
This is a fund raising event for our friends at the
American Wildlife
Foundation. This year's featured artist is
Brady Goss, an
extraordinarily talented keyboardist and entertainer.

Ride for the Raptors
The elk farm will be closed for tours on
Sunday, August 2 for a new event called "Ride for the Raptors".
This event is sponsored by the
Rose City HOG.
Entertainment provided by High Desert Surf.

The elk farm will be closed on Saturday,
August 15 for a private wedding and reception. |

Elk farm is closed for the day
The elk farm will be closed on Saturday,
August 29 for our summer handling. We will be handling the entire
herd of elk and giving them some more worm medicine. We also cut
the hard antler from our mature bulls, so if you wanted to see the bulls
with antlers, you need to come out before this date. |

Elk farm is closed for the weekend
The elk farm will be closed for the Labor
Day weekend. We need to take this time to recover from the
summer's events and get ready for the fall events. There is lots
to do on a ranch, so occasionally we have to attend to repairs, etc.

Elk farm is closed for the week
You would think elk ranchers would get
their fill of elk, right? Not so much. We love elk and we
love to hunt, so we still very much enjoy elk hunting! We suggest
you purchase a tag and take up the sport too! :) It is a great way
to get outdoors and enjoy Oregon's awesome beauty. And don't
worry, it turns out we're lousy hunters; Alan is 1 for 8 now for elk.
So hunting for Alan is very much "armed hiking". |
